Ingredients:

4 cup: Potatoes, diced
Salt and pepper,
1 tbsp: Fresh dill, minced
1 cup: Heavy cream,
1 cup: Milk,

Directions:

Good with fish. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with
salt, pepper, and dill. Combine cream and milk; pour over potatoes.
Bake 350 F, 30 mins
