Blue Cheese-red Wine Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Crumbled blue cheese,
2/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tbsp: Wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1/8 tsp: Ground pepper,
Salad greens,
1/3 cup: Crumbled Roquefort cheese,
3 tbsp: Dry red wine,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 dash: Garlic powder,
Directions:
Mash blue or Roquefort cheese with fork. Mix remaining ingredients
except salad greens; stir gradually into cheese. Serve over salad
greens.
