Nestles Toll House Chocolate Chip Coolies Recipe

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cup: Flour, all purpose
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 1/2 cup: Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Vanill extract,
1 cup: Butter, 2 sticks softened
1 cup: Shortening,
4: Eggs,
1 package: Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz,

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda
and salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla
extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in
chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min..
Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies.
