Scallops With Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Safflower oil,
2: Garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 lbs: Scallops, sliced into 1/4" rounds
3 cup: Snow peas,
1/2 tsp: White pepper,
1 tbsp: Light miso,
1 tbsp: Arrowroot, dissolved in...
1/4 cup: Water,
Directions:
Stir-fry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add
scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Remove scallops and garlic. Add
snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, miso, and
arrowroot. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and
garlic to pan and heat through. Serve.
