Ingredients:
1: Egg Yolk,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/4 cup: Cognac,

Directions:
1. Mix egg yolks and sugar and vannila untill light coloured creamy.

2.Add Cognac and stir until all is well blended.

3.Keeps for 1 month.
