Saucy Cheese Topping Recipe

2 tbsp: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Skim milk,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard, optional
1/2 cup: Grated american cheese,

Make a paste for flour and 2 tbsp. milk in saucepan. Stirring constantly,
gradually add the remaining milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasoning and
cheese and stir over low heat until thickened.
Serve over potatoes or vegetables.
