Grilled Ham With Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Pineapple, crushed,drained
2 tbsp: Orange Marmalade,
1 tbsp: Cilantro, fresh,chopped
2 tsp: Jalapeno Pepper, fresh chopped
2 tsp: Lime Juice,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 lbs: Ham, 3/4 to 1 inch, fully cooked, center cut slice

Directions:
Grill Directions:
: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all salsa ingrediants; mix
well.
: When ready to grill, place ham on gas grill or on charcoal
grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 20 minutes until
thoroughly heated, turning 2 or 3 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.

Broiler Directions:
: Prepare salsa as directed above. Place ham on broiler pan;
broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 20 minutes or until
thoroughly heated, turning 2 or 3 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
