Lentil Soup With Italian Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Onion, chopped
3/4 lbs: Italian sausage, hot --
Chopped,
2 cup: Reserved Garlic Lentils,
1 tsp: Cumin,
2 cup: V-8 vegetable juice,
1 1/2 cup: Chicken broth,
Directions:
Cook the onion and sausage in a large saucepan over medium high heat
until the sausage loses its raw look and the onion has softened,
about 4 minutes. Add the reserved lentils and the cumin and stir to
combine. Mix in the V-8 juice and chicken broth. Simmer for 10
minutes. Serve hot.
