Broccomole Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Broccoli flowerets --,
Fat-free,
Chopped,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Cooked and chilled,
1/4 tsp: Chili powder, or 1/2 tsp
1/4 cup: Sour cream, light
Raw vegetables or baked,
2 tbsp: Minced onions,
Torilla chips,
1 tbsp: Miracle Whip light --,
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine the first six ingredients and
blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with
vegetables or tortilla chips. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic Exchanges:
One servings (3 Tablespoons) equals 1 vegetable; also 27 calories, 33
mg sodium, 5 mg cholesterol, 3 gm carbohydrate, 2 gm protein, 2 gm
fat.
