Fresh Tomato Pasta With Ham, Cream And Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

375 gram: Fresh or packaged pasta,
Butter,
SAUCE
1 cup: Sliced baby mushrooms,
Salt and pepper,
A little butter,
300 milliliter: Cream,
4 slice: Leg ham, chopped
Freshly grated Parmesan,
1 each: Clove garlic, crushed
-cheese,
Chopped basil to taste,
Chopped parsley,
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water (2 minutes if fresh, 15 minutes if
dried). Drain, return to saucepan and stir in some butter. To make
sauce: saute mushrooms lightly in butter. Add ham, a little garlic,
basil, salt and pepper; stir in cream and heat. Pour the sauce over
the noodles, sprinkle with cheese and chopped parsley and serve.
