Molded Blue Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Gelatin, unflavored
1 pint: Strawberries, fresh, sliced
1 quart: Milk, divided
Pineapple slices,
16 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
Sour cream,
6 ounce: Cheese, blue, crumbled

Directions:
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold milk for 5 minutes. Heat remaining
milk; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool until slightly
thickened. Blend cream cheese and blue cheese; gradually add gelatin
mixture, beating until smooth and fluffy. Pour into mold. Chill
until firm. Serve with strawberries, pineapple slices, and sour cream.
