Chocolate-coated Potato Chips Recipe

6 ounce: Semisweet chocolate chips,
1/2: Ruffled potato chips,
1 tbsp: Vegetable shortening, solid

Preparation Time: 0:12 1. In a small shallow glass dish, combine
chocolate chips and shortening. Heat in microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2
mins, or until melted and smooth when stirred.
2. Dip chips, one at a time, into chocolate, coating 1/3 to 1/2 of
each chip. Pull chip against edge of dish to remove excess chocolate.
Place chips on wax paper-lined baking pan. Let stand at room
temperature 15 mins, then refrigerate until set.
