Crunchy Pineapple Mold Recipe

1 1/4 cup: Hot water,
-pineapple,
1 package: Lemon flavored gelatin,
1/4 cup: Diced celery,
1/2 cup: Syrup drained from canned,
1/2 cup: Diced unpared apple,
-pineapple,
1/4 cup: Chopped walnuts,
1 each: Drained No. 2 can crushed,
2 t: Pickle relish,
Directions:
Pour hot water over gelatin- stir till dissolved; stir in syrup.
Chill, stirring occasionally, till consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pineapple and rest of ingredients. Pour into 4 to 6
individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp greens; serve
with Fluffy Mayonnaise. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
