Chicken Paprika~ Light Version Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Chicken breast halves,
Without skin, cut up
1/4 cup: Oil,
1/4 cup: Onion, minced
1 cup: Mushrooms, sliced
1 can: Tomato soup, condensed
1/2 can: Water, if needed
1 cup: Sour Cream, Imitation
1: Whole bay leaf,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute quickly until browned. Remove
from pan.
Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned.
Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and
simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
