Ingredients:

BURGERS
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1 medium: Onion, minced
3 tbsp: Minced fresh parsley,
2: Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/8 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
2 tbsp: Flour,
Butter for frying,
2 large: Onions, thinly sliced in
Rings,

Directions:
Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Fry in melted
butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in
pan drippings until golden.
