Ingredients:
5 lbs: Currants,
2 lbs: Seeded raisins,
5 lbs: Sugar,
3: Oranges,
2 cup: Raspberry juice,

Directions:
Wash and stem currants. Add raisins, raspberry juice, sugar, and
oranges which have been seeded and chopped. Simmer slowly, stirring
constantly, until juice sheets from spoon. Florence Taft Eaton,
