Duck Gumbo Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Ducks,
1 1/2 cup: BUTTER or margarine,
1 cup: Flour,
1: , (bunch) Celery [chopped]
3: , (cloves) Garlic [chopped]
4 medium: Onions [chopped],
1: , (bunch) Green onions
[chopped],
1 large: Green bell pepper [chopped],
4 cup: Okra [sliced],
2 can: , (20 oz ea.) tomatoes
1 can: , (15 oz) tomato paste
2 tsp: MSG,
1 tsp: Oregano,
2 tbsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Parsley flakes,
1 tsp: Thyme,
1 tbsp: Black pepper,
1/4 tsp: Red pepper,
Directions:
1) Rince the ducks and pat dry inside and out. Cook in water to
