Simple Seafood Subs Recipe

Ingredients:
43 gram: Crab surimi seafood chunks,
2 tbsp: Nonfat mayonnaise,
1/2 ounce: Celery, chopped
1/2 ounce: Onion, finely chopped
2 slice: Light bread,
3/4 ounce: Lettuce leaves,
Directions:
Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.
Serve on bread with lettuce.
