Ingredients:
16 ounce: Cream cheese,
1 cup: Sour cream,
4 ounce: Chipped beef,
1: Onion, chopped
1/2: Green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
4 ounce: Can mushrooms,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees
