Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Kosher salt,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
2 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Cayenne,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use the rub on fowl, but especially
on turkey. Excellent!!
