Fresh Grapes And Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Carrots, coarsely shredded
3/4 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
-=OR=-,
2 tbsp: Water,
3 tbsp: Margarine,
1 1/2 cup: Grapes, seedless
1/4 tsp: Anise seed,

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan. cover and cook for 5 to
10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir in grapes and serve hot.
