Light Banana Freeze Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Ripe bananas, cut into large
-concentrate, thawed OR
-chunks,
-fresh orange juice,
3 tbsp: Frozen orange juice,
1 tbsp: Honey, or to taste

Directions:
This is best eaten right away or it will lose its smooth consistency.

1. Place the bananas in a freezer container. Immediately sprinkle with
orange juice, seal the container, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

2. Just before serving, add the honey to a food processor bowl, drop the
banana slices, a few at a time, into the bowl, and puree until the
consistency of soft ice cream.

3. Serve immediately, garnished with thin slices of orange.
