Sweet And Sour Bean Stew Recipe

3 ounce: Navy beans, cooked
3 ounce: Basmati rice, cooked
1 1/2 ounce: Butternut squash, cubed
1 1/2 ounce: Onion, chopped
1 1/2 ounce: Raisins,
1 tbsp: Safflower oil,
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
1/2 tsp: Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium
heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir
occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
