Mattie Balls 9-inch Pie Shell Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: All-Purpose Flour,
1 tsp: Vinegar,
1/3 cup: Lard Or Crisco,
1/3 cup: Ice Water,
pn Salt,
Directions:
Combine the flour, lard, and salt, breaking up with a fork until a
crumbly consistency is reached. Add the vinegar and enough ice water
to make a soft dough. Roll out on a floured board into a 9 inch
round, and then press into a 9" pie pan.
NOTES: The addition of the vinegar adds flakiness to this crust.
