Chiffon Jam Scum Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: To 2 cups scum from jam making,
12 ounce: CoolWhip or equivalent,
1: Graham Cracker crust,

Directions:
Mix cooled jam making scum and carton of COOL WHIP together. Pour into
graham craker crust. Garnish with some of the fruit Jam was made from.
Chill for 2 hours. Serve. Very sweet but tasty. SOURCE: Judi Svancara
