Harvest Vegetables With Swiss Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
This mild creamy sauce,

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES
1/4 cup: Butter or margarine,
8 cup: Steamed vegetables,
1/4 cup: All purpose flour,
-, (broccoli, cauliflower,
2 cup: Milk,
-carrots, green beans,
1 cup: Grated swiss cheese,
Etc),
1/4 cup: Grated parmesan cheese,
g Swiss cheese,
1/2 t: Salt,
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add
milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheeses and
salt. Stir until melted. Pour over hot vegetables and top with
additional swiss cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.
