Ingredients:

YIELD: 1 RECIPE
1 each: Pk mochiko, 2 lbs
2 each: Pk sweetened flake coconut, 14 oz
4 cup: Water,
1 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Honey,
Oil for deep frying,

Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Shape into 1
1/2-inch balls. Deep fry in 350 degree oil until
golden brown. Stir occasionally to prevent balls from
sticking together. Put honey in a large pan and add
balls hen toss gently to coat them evenly. Skewer 3 to
a stick.
