Kheere Ka Raita (yogurt With Cucumber & Mint) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup: Yogurt, plain
1: Cucumber, peeled & grated
2 tbsp: Mint, fresh, finely chopped
1/2 tsp: Cumin seeds, roasted
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,

Directions:
Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork or
whisk until smooth and creamy. Add all the other
ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to eat.
