Arugula-tomato Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Arugula, coarsely chopped
8: Plum tomatoes, cored and
Diced,
4 tsp: Lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Kosher salt,
Freshly ground black pepper,
To taste,
Directions:
Toss the arugula, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil together.
Season with salt and pepper.
