Ingredients:
2 cup: Fresh lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Grated lemon zest,
1 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1 1/2 cup: Cold heavy cream,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour
into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hours until
solid.

Yield: 2 servings
