Baked Apples A Lorange Recipe

Ingredients:
6 medium: Cooking apples,
1/4 cup: Unsweetened apple juice,
1/4 cup: , water
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
2 each: Whole cloves,
1 each: (4-inch) stick cinnamon, broken in half
1/3 cup: Reduced-calorie orange marmalade,
6 small: Gingersnap cookies, crushed
Directions:
Core apples to within 1/2 inch from bottom; peel top third of each
apple. Place apples in a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish; add apple
juiceand next 4 ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30
minutes, basting often with cooking liquid. Remove apples from oven;
spoon equal amounts of marmalade into center of each apple, and
sprinkle with gingersnap crumbs. Bake an additional 5 minutes or
until apples are done.
