Barbeque Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Chopped smoked beef brisket or cooked beef,
3/4 cup: Open Pit original flavor barbecue sauce,
1 T: Brown sugar, packed
4: Hamburger buns, split and toasted
Vlasic Country Classic sweet chunky relish,
Directions:
Combine meat, barbecue sauce and sugar in 2-quart saucepan. Over
medium heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered,
approximately 25 minutes, stirring often. Serve in buns with relish.
Zesty Barbeque Sandwich
: Servings: 6
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c vinegar
2 ts packed brown sugar
2 T chopped onion
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 packages (4 ounces each) smoked sliced beef, cut into
1"strips
6 hamburger buns, split
Mix all ingredients except beef and buns in 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in beef. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until beef is hot.
Serve on buns.
