Barley Mushroom Soup (vegan) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Chopped onions,
1/2 cup: Chopped carrots,
1/2 cup: Thinly sliced celery,
3 cup: Sliced fresh mushrooms,
5 cup: Water,
1/2 cup: Barley,
4 tsp: Vegtable broth powder,
1/8 tsp: Garlic powder,
Directions:
Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water and cook for 5
min stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a
boil. Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour. Nutrition (per
