Master "quickie Mix" Recipe

Ingredients:
7 1/2 cup: All-purpose flour,
3 cup: Instant non-fat dry milk,
Powder,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Wheat germ,
5 tbsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,

Directions:
Combine flour, dry milk powder, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and
salt in a large bowl. Make well in center; pour vegetable oil. Using
a pastry blender, 2 knives or clean fingers, mix in oil with dry
ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Store in tightly covered
plastic or glass container with wide top. Keep in refrigerator up to
4 weeks or in freezer for 3 months. Makes about 14 cups mix. Note:
A nutritious mix you can use to make biscuits, muffins, pancakes,
cakes, coffee cakes and quick breads. See variations with a "Quickie
