1 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
2: Eggs, beaten
2 tbsp: Onion, chopped
1/4 tsp: Ginger,
1/4 tsp: Ginger,
Celery, opt.

Directions:

Crumble matzos and sprinkle with water. Add other ingredients. This
stuffing may be used for any meat or fowl.
