Better-than-potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup: Uncle Bens Converted Brand Rice,
2 quart: Water,
1 1/2 tbsp: Salt,
1 3/4 quart: Mayonnaise,
3 cup: Onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup: Prepared mustard,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 quart: Cucumber, pared and diced
2 cup: Radishes, sliced
Directions:
1. Cook rice in water with salt according to package directions. 2.
Cool. 3. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt. Stir into
rice. 4. Cover and throughly chill. 5. Stir in cucumber and radishes
