Bohemian Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Beef stew meat,
2 cup: Chopped carrots,
2 cup: Chopped celery,
3 each: Onions, cut up
3 tbsp: Tapioca,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 can: Tomatoes, 28 oz size
1 cup: Diced potatoes,
2 each: Bay leaves,
1/2 cup: Frozen peas,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Hot water,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware. Bake covered at 250
degrees F for five hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with dumplings
or boiled potatoes or buttered noodles.
