Moscow Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Med: Idaho potatoes, peeled
And diced,
4: Boneless chicken breast,
Halves, coked & diced
1 large: Cucumber, seeded, diced
2: Hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 tsp: Fresh snipped dill,
2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
Lettuce leaves,
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
Directions:
The idaho Potato commission obtained this recipe on a trip to Moscow.
Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl toss
potatoes with chciken, cucumbers and eggs, dill, salt and pepper.
Line a large platter with lettuce leaves and dome on mixture. Spread
with mayonnaise to completely cover salad dome.
