Mr. Foods Corn Seafood Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
30 ounce: Whole kernel corn,
1 medium: Green bell pepper, diced
1 medium: Tomato, diced
1 lbs: Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, or 2 cans, (6 ounces each) crabmeat
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 tbsp: Minced onion,
1/2 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the corn, bell pepper, tomato, and shrimp;
mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining
ingredients; mix well and add to the corn mixture, tossing until well
blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until NOTE: Serve on
a bed of romaine lettuce and garnish with tomato slices, pepper
