Ingredients:
3 cup: Cooked rotini pasta, cooled
16 ounce: Shredded Swiss cheese,
10 ounce: Frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
20 ounce: Frozen green peas, thawed and drained
1 cup: Green bell pepper strips, cut in half
1 cup: Chopped cucumber,
1/2 cup: Sliced scallions,

DRESSING
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/3 cup: Plain yogurt,
3 tbsp: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Dried dillweed,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,

Directions:

============== ==== == Place the cooled rotini in a large bowl and
toss with the remaining ingredients, except the dressing. Cover and
chill until ready to use. Just before serving, in a small bowl,
combine all the dressing ingredients. Mix until well blended then
toss into the NOTE: This dressing is a really simple throw-together
that works well with other seasonings, fresh herbs, lime juice
instead of lemon, and even low-fat mayonnaise and yogurt, too. You
