1: 8 or 9" unbaked pie shell, thawed if frozen
3: Eggs,
1 cup: Milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Crushed red pepper,
1/4 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
10 ounce: Frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
6 ounce: Frozen baby shrimp, thawed
6 ounce: Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
