Bruschetta With A Twist Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 19 oz.can white kidney beans drained and rinsed,
1 centiliter: Garlic, chopped
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
Salt and freshly ground pepper,
1: Italian baguette sliced,
1 bunch: Arugula leaves, shredded
1 cup: Roasted red pepper strips,
Directions:
Puree beans, garlic, oil and paprika in a food processor or blender.
Season with salt and pepper. Grill baquette slices until golden.
Remove from heat and spread with bean puree. Scatter on arugula and
