Mustard Dill Sauce Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Plain nonfat yogurt,
1/4 cup: Prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1 tsp: Dried dill weed,
1/2 tsp: Onion powder,
1/2 tsp: Honey,

Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or
fish.

Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Yield: 1 cup

I mixed my mustards in this recipe. I used about 1/2 and 1/2 plain
sandwich mustard and dijon mustard and it still had quite a bite to
it. Its a very flavorful sauce that is very good with fish!!
