2 tbsp: Prepared horseradish,
5 tbsp: Butter, room temperature
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, scrape into a serving bowl and serve
at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
