2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Molasses,

1/2 tbsp: Powdered milk, (use butterm
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
Directions:
Simple delicious recipe, used in Hitachi B/M- put oatmeal in first on
top of 1 3/16 C of water to let soak a few minutes longer. Let b/m do
its thing; have made +/- 20 loaves of this recipe, never a bad one.
