Cach Lam Tuong Chua Ngot (sweet & Sour Sauc Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Vinegar,
2/3 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Corn starch,
2 tbsp: Sugar, granulated
3 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/8 cup: Ginger root, minced thin
1/8 cup: Onion, minced thin
1/8 cup: Radishes, minced thin
4 Slices: hot red pepper if des ired,

Directions:
Dilute the cornstarch and sugar with water or bouillon. Add vinegar
and soy sauce. Cook, stirring over low heat until the cornstarch
thickens. Add remaining ingredients just before serving. Serves 4
