Cheesy Roast Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Idaho frozen OBrien potatoes,
1/2 lbs: Cooked roast beef, cubed
1 cup: Frozen sliced carrots,
1 Jar: , (12 ounces) beef or mushroom gravy
1/4 cup: Chili sauce,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 cup: Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese,
2 tbsp: Thinly sliced green onion,
Directions:
In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine frozen potatoes, roast
beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover
loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 minutes or until
heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green
onion; re-cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
