Pats Broccoli Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
4 package: Jiffy corn muffin mix,
10 each: Eggs, beaten
4 cup: Cottage cheese,
2 cup: Sharp cheddar cheese shredded,
3 each: Sticks of melted oleo,
2 each: 10oz box of chopped broccoli,
2 each: Small onion, chopped

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until just
mixed and lumpy. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan Bake for about 40
minutes. Terrific recipe to go along with your blackeyed peas on New
