Pimientos Stuffed With Corn Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Can whole kernel corn,
1 cup: Soft bread crumbs,
1 tbsp: Chili sauce,
3 tbsp: Melted butter or margarine,
Salt and pepper to taste,
6: Whole canned pimientos, well drained
Directions:
1. Combine the corn, bread crumbs, chili sauce, butter or margarine
and salt and pepper, to taste, in a small bowl. 2. Stuff the
pimientos with the corn mixture and place in a shallow,
heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish. 3. Heat, uncovered, in
Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through.
