Pineapple Bundt Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1: 8 3/4 oz crushed pineapple,
2 cup: Grated carrots,
3: Eggs beaten,
1 1/2 cup: Oil,
1 1/2 cup: Chopped nuts,
2 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. drain pineapple and reserve juice.
add juice to dry mixture. add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat for 3
minutes. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake in bundt pan 325
for 1 1/2 hours. cool 10 minutes in pan before removing. Sprinkle
with powder sugar.
